Yes it's the delightful Shirley Booth in the role of Hazel which ran for 5 seasons from 1961-66, getting her props from Mr. B. The show about a spunky maid was based on a single frame cartoon in the Saturday Evening Post which began running Hazel in 1943.

More like Chick-KABOOM! in this case. But Tom and Richard are correct in crediting Daddy Dewdrop aka Dick Monda, who played Eddie Cantor as a child in the Eddie Cantor Story, and was also music director for the cartoon series Groovie Goolies for which he originally wrote Chick-A-Boom.
