Interesting theory - but we were going for "The Rain, The Park and Other Things" by the Cowsills. I saw her sitting in the rain Raindrops falling on her She didn't seem to care She sat there and smiled at me... Flowers in her hair (in her hair) Flowers everywhere (everywhere) Thanks for playing!

Friendly reminder - songs depicted are always songs we actually play on WLHA.

Wow, I’m amazed you know the real story of this song, and decided to picture the early version! Of course everyone knows Almost Cut My Hair by CSNY, but only true fans know Graham Nash wrote the first version as Almost Cut the Flowers in My Girlfriend’s Hair for then girlfriend Patty Boyd, but when he showed it to her and approached her with scissors she immediately left him for George Harrison, and he was so upset he almost cut his own hair and revised the song. Well done, guys!

The move - flowers in the rain.
