Yes it is then obscure clarinetist extraordinaire Mr. Acker Bilk rocking out on the shore in 1962 where nobody seems to recognize him. The instrumental was originally titled "Jenny" but then the BBC used it in a tv show called "Stranger on the Shore" so it was released again under that title. Congrats (as usual) John!
